Every stamp shows how close they are, and “one stamp away” brings them back for the last one. They reply CLAIM, show a code that lasts ten minutes, and the card starts again.

No. The card lives in WhatsApp and on a card page with their QR code, which they can add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. They can send BALANCE or SALIO any time.

They scan the counter QR, reply JOIN or JIUNGE on WhatsApp, get enrolled by staff, or join from a Sell order. Consent is asked in one tap.

You choose, and you can put rewards along the way: a free pastry at 5 stamps that keeps the stamps, and a free coffee at 9 that starts the card again.

Daily caps per member, a limit on how many stamps one staff login can give in 10 minutes, single-use codes, and claim codes that last 10 minutes and only work with the member’s own phone. Unusual stamping is paused until you check it.

If you want them to. Set stamps to expire, for example 6 months after the last visit, and members get a WhatsApp reminder 14 days and 3 days before.

Yes. Changes are a new version: you see who it affects and what it will cost, run your saved tests, then publish. Members keep their stamps.
