Know by the 15th if you’ll hit the goal.
See won, commit and best case against each person’s goal, then trace it back: how many conversations became deals, where deals wait, which ads pay for themselves and why deals are lost.

Every person, every team, against the number.
Managers set the goals. Each open deal counts as commit or best case. When a manager doesn’t believe a number, they adjust it and say why.

A forecast fed by what customers actually say.

Forecast questions.
What sales managers ask before they trust a forecast that isn’t in a spreadsheet.
Ask ACT, running on this site, or bring last month’s numbers to a 20-minute Workflow Review.
Each open deal sits in a forecast category. Commit is what the owner expects to close in the period; best case is what could close if things go well. Won is already closed. Progress compares won plus commit with the goal.
Yes. A manager can adjust a person’s commit and must say why. The original number stays visible, struck through, so everyone can see what changed.
Managers set a goal per person for the period. The forecast then shows each person, each team and the total against it, with the gap or “On track”.
Revenue by source shows leads, won deals, revenue and return on ad spend for each source, including Click-to-WhatsApp ads, so you can see beyond cost per message.
From the reason picked when a deal is marked lost. Insights adds them up so you can see the main reasons deals are lost in the period.
