Quote on WhatsApp. Get the deposit there too.
Build the quote from the deal, get a manager’s OK when the discount is big, and send it in the chat. The customer accepts with their name and pays the deposit on the same page, and the deal moves on by itself.

Everything a quote needs, nothing it doesn’t.
Start a quote from any deal, blank or from one of your templates, and send it from the same place.
Know which quotes are waiting on whom.
Each quote moves along the same track, and the list sorts them into what needs a manager, what’s with the customer and what’s been accepted.
Quote questions.
What sales teams ask before they stop sending quotes as PDFs and screenshots.
Ask ACT, running on this site, or bring a recent quote to a 20-minute Workflow Review.
Your managers. You set the discount above which a quote needs approval; the rep clicks Request approval, a manager approves or rejects it, and the quote can’t be sent until it’s approved. If a team has no manager, admins approve.
They open the link, read the lines, totals and terms, type their full name and click Accept quote. We record the name, the time and the IP address. If the quote has expired, the page says so.
Straight after accepting, on the same page. You choose the deposit percentage on the quote, or ask for the full amount, and the customer pays through your connected payment provider, for example by card or M-Pesa.
WhatsApp only allows approved templates then, so the quote goes as your quote template. If you haven’t set one up, you can copy the customer’s link and share it yourself.
Yes. Accepting sets the deal’s amount to the quote total and creates the invoice and payment link. Paying moves the deal to your paid stage, or marks it won, depending on your setting.
Close the quote in the same chat.
Tell us how you price and who signs off on discounts. We’ll set up your templates, the approval limit and the deposit.
